The Sea Ranch Connect Fiber Project is a community fiber to the home project being executed by GigabitNow. As part of the project a direct fiber network, also known as "Active Ethernet," or "Point to Point," will be installed throughout The Sea Ranch. It will provide an access point at the curb for every home, lot and business on the Sea Ranch. There will be two data centers, one at Del Mar Center, and one near the TSR Association Office. Below are regular updates and information for residents on the project as progress is made on construction and activation.
June 10th, 2017 will be the last day Sea Ranch Connect will accept new subscribers under the construction contract. SRC will always be accepting new subscribers, however, after June 10th new home subscriptions will not be included in the construction contract. This means members will need to pay for their home installations, including the run from the street side connection box to the home and the in-home installation. If you have subscribed, but have not yet set your in-home installation appointment this does not effect you. If you have not subscribed and want to take advantage of the savings available to you please subscribe now.
If you’re a Sea Rancher living in units 3, 4, 5, 12, and 13 you can now schedule your in-home installation appointment. To schedule your appointment, click the Schedule Install button below. Don’t forget you can also order Sea Ranch Connect Telephone service as you schedule your appointment!
For Sea Ranchers in units 7 and 17 there are only a few weeks left to order equipment and schedule your installation appointment! View the latest construction schedule for those dates. To get started, click the Schedule Install button below if you have not yet done so.
As a reminder Sea Ranch Connect Telephone service is being rolled out for subscribers who ordered a new telephone number! For those subscribers who requested and existing telephone number to be ported you will receive information from provisioning when the completion of the porting process is completed. The porting process can take several weeks to complete. Remember not to disconnect your existing service until your Sea Ranch Connect Telephone has been activated.
Sea Ranch Connect Open House is scheduled for Friday May 19, 2017 from 5–7 PM in the Del Mar Hall. This is a casual opportunity to ask questions about using and enjoying your Sea Ranch Connect service.

If you opted for Sea Ranch Connect Telephone the Telephone Service Portal is an advanced system which allows you to access and control your Sea Ranch Connect Telephone account for almost everything. You can access call logs, manage features such as enhanced voicemail, ring timer, speed dial manager, phone book, enhanced call forwarding and more.
